We have lots of repeat customers, and we have had great feedback from them. However, if you aren't happy about any aspect of our product or service, please tell us, as that gives us a chance to resolve the situation (and stop it happening again!).

Please don't leave negative comments on an internet forum or Facebook group without contacting us first, as we might not see it (we're a small team!), and we can't then respond and fix the issue. We are a young company, and we're growing fast, but we know we don't get everything right.

Please be aware that, unfortunately, we can't be responsible for problems with courier deliveries, but we will do whatever we can to fix delivery problems, whenever possible.

As our products are frozen/perishable, we're sorry, but we can't accept returns.
